the Tascam Series208I is a USB audio interface.


Provides up to 20 audio inputs and 2 audio outputs to your computer under MacOS or Windows or to your device under iOS
- Audio resolution up to 192 kHz / 24 bit
- USB Audio Compliance 2.0 for use under iOS
4 analog mic/line inputs on balanced Combo connectors (mixed XLR/ TRS jacks)
- High-end microphone preamps, using Ultra-HDDA (High Definition Discrete Architecture) technology, for ultra-low background noise (EIN : -127 dBu)
- High quality audio input circuits for low background noise on recordings
- 48-volt phantom power supply can be switched separately to XLR inputs
- Each TRS input can be switched to instrument position for direct recording of an electric guitar or bass
- Gain adjustment and signal presence and clipping indicators on each analog input
- Two multi-channel optical audio inputs for up to 16 additional inputs,
ideal for use with one or two Tascam SERIES 8p Dyna microphone preamplifiers
S/MUX format with support for high sampling rates (ADAT compatible)
