The kit includes a Soyuz 1973 large-diaphragm microphone and a pair of Soyuz 011 FET small-diaphragm microphones. This set offers a comprehensive solution for recording vocals, acoustic instruments, drums, bands, amplifiers, and stereo sources.

The Soyuz 1973 is a large-diaphragm FET condenser microphone featuring the same S23 capsule found in the renowned 023 Bomblet. Its handcrafted 33mm capsule delivers detailed, musical, and natural sound reproduction. A specially designed resonator helps minimize unwanted resonances while acting as a built-in pop filter, making it ideal for vocals, voice-overs, and podcasts.

With its transformerless electronics and low noise floor, the 1973 maintains excellent precision while delivering Soyuz’s signature sound. Its -10 dB and -20 dB pads also allow it to handle high-level sources such as amplifiers and kick drums.

The two Soyuz 011 FET microphones are handcrafted small-diaphragm condensers. Their 19mm capsules and transformerless electronics provide controlled lows, smooth mids, and precise highs, all while maintaining a natural, musical character.

Their wide dynamic range and included -10 dB pads make them suitable for everything from delicate sources—like strings and acoustic instruments—to high-impact sources such as snare drums and percussion.
