Need phantom power for your condenser microphone? The iRig Pre 2's 2 AA batteries provide true +48V phantom power (many other mobile microphone preamps only offer 32V, which degrades your mic's performance) for about 7 hours of continuous use. To use your favourite dynamic or ribbon mic, simply turn off phantom power and you can continue to use your mic for even longer, up to 20 hours!

The 3.5mm (1/8") headphone output saves time, now offers direct monitoring and allows you to listen again, so you can make sure the signal is perfect before you start recording or streaming!
