The HEDD Type 05 A-CORE is a 2-way close-monitoring loudspeaker designed for demanding studios, advanced home studios and multichannel configurations (Atmos, post-prod, broadcast).
It combines a 5" rigid-diaphragm woofer with a hand-crafted AMT (Air Motion Transformer) tweeter for precise, fast and natural listening. Transients are clear, the stereo image is very legible and bass remains controlled despite the compact size.
Entirely analog (no DSP, no AD/DA conversion), the Type 05 A-CORE offers transparent reproduction, with no processing latency, ideal for mixing and mastering. Its generous bi-amplification allows a comfortable SPL level to be achieved, while maintaining excellent signal control.
Compact, robust and aesthetically discreet, it easily finds its place on a desk, speaker stands or in an immersive setup. It's a speaker designed as a reliable, coherent "work tool" that doesn't tire over long sessions.
