The Fredenstein Bento 8 A is an analog chassis for 500 Series modules designed for demanding studios and sound engineers looking for clean power, flexibility and reliability. It houses up to 8 API 500 modules (preamps, EQ, compressors, etc.) with a robust internal power supply, ensuring optimal integration of your modules in a high-end analog configuration.

This 19" 3U rack offers a ±16 V / +48 V linear analog power supply capable of delivering up to 500 mA per slot, ensuring ultra-clean, stable power even for current-hungry modules. Thanks to a toroidal transformer carefully shielded against magnetic interference, it significantly minimizes background noise and unwanted hum.

At the rear of the chassis, you'll find intelligent audio routing switches, making it easy to link modules together to create daisy-chains, as well as compressor bus links for setting up stereo or grouped processing. A ground-lift switch is also provided to resolve any ground loops.
