Epiphone IBG ES-339 - vintage sunburst

The Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Original Collection ES-339 (IGES339VSNHR) is a semi-hollowbody electric guitar with a unique character that blends elements of the ES-335 and the Les Paul Standard. The ES-339 draws on the design of the ES-335 but with a smaller body similar to that of a Les Paul, giving you the best of both worlds; it is an incredibly versatile guitar.

Its maple construction, combined with the internal maple center block that connects the top and back and to which the pickups, bridge, and tailpiece are attached, is what gives the ES-339 its punchy, crisp tone and rich sustain.
The neck is made of mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard—a time-tested combination.
The “mortise and tenon” neck-to-body joint maximizes wood-to-wood contact between the two parts, which is ideal for improving sound transmission, sustain, and acoustic projection.
The body shape of the Epiphone ES-339 Guitar is a Rounded C, emulating that of the original Gibson Les Pauls from the 1950s.
The 22 frets are medium-jumbo and made from a durable alloy consisting of approximately 80% nickel and 20% silver.

The pickups are Epiphone Classic Alnico Pro, inspired by the popular Gibson Classic 57s.
