Yamaha’s Acoustic Design technology utilizes scientific processes such as 3D modeling to devise wood-routing techniques that increase body resonance and improve the transfer of vibrations between neck and body.

Reflectone pickups created in collaboration with Rupert Neve Designs deliver clear and articulate tones with solid lows and sparkling highs, while the HS pickup configuration combined with Push-Pull Focus Switch results in outstanding versatility.

Rosewood fingerboards are valued for their warm tone and smooth attack, whereas maple fingerboards provide a brighter tone and a snappier attack.

With its Round C-shape neck, carved neck joint heel, beveled body, and 12" fingerboard radius, the Pacifica Standard Plus is exceptionally easy and comfortable to play.
