Warm audio WA76-D2
The WA76-D2 is the 2-channel version of the WA-76-A, with 3 operating modes: Stereo Linked - Primary / Secondary - Dual-Mono. It is a faithful reproduction of the analog FET compressor "Revision D" with additional recording features offered by the Warm Audio brand.
The WA76-D2 accurately reproduces one of the most legendary studio compressors, renowned for offering generous headroom, ultra-fast dynamic control and rich sonic texture.
Thanks to the use of high-quality components such as CineMag's O-12 input and 5002 output transformers, the WA76-D reproduces the famous 76 Rev-D compression, known for its low-noise preamp and unique analog character.
Modern controls have been incorporated, including parallel compression, bypass, input impedance selection, and flexible sidechain options.
Ideal for adding a vintage touch to contemporary recordings, the WA76-D2 recreates the iconic sound adopted by artists and producers such as Chris Lord-Alge, Missy Elliott, Timbaland, Van Halen, Rick Rubin, and Daft Punk.
VU meter with options: gain reduction, +8 dB output, +4 dB output, "Off" mode to turn off the device.
