Soyuz microphones 1973
The Soyuz 1973 is a large-diaphragm FET condenser microphone designed to offer excellent build quality, great versatility, and the signature Soyuz sound.
It features a hand-crafted S23 capsule, identical to the one used in the renowned Soyuz 023 Bomblet. Its gold-sputtered 33mm diaphragm ensures rich, detailed, and natural sound reproduction, suitable for a wide range of studio sources.
The 1973 incorporates a specially designed resonator that minimizes unwanted resonances while acting as a built-in pop filter. This makes it particularly well-suited for recording vocals, voice-overs, and podcasts.
Its compact housing allows for easy positioning in tight spaces, making it highly practical for drums, amplifiers, and complex miking setups.
Its transformerless FET circuitry ensures a very low noise floor while preserving its sonic character. With built-in -10 dB and -20 dB pads, it can also handle high-level sources such as kick drums or amplifiers.
This version comes in a silver finish and includes a microphone mount.
