The Casio Privia PX-S1100CB is an 88-key digital piano featuring an ultra-compact design, offered here in an elegant "Calm Blue" finish. Lightweight, slim, and highly portable, it combines an authentic piano touch with an expressive sound engine and modern connectivity, making it an ideal choice for home use, lessons, the studio, or travel.
Its 88-key, scaled hammer-action keyboard replicates the feel of an acoustic piano, offering resistance tailored to the different registers. The white keys feature an ivory-like textured finish, while the black keys have an ebony-like texture, ensuring a comfortable and natural playing experience.
The PX-S1100 utilizes the Multi-dimensional Morphing AiR sound engine, designed to accurately reproduce the nuances and resonances of an acoustic piano. Its 192-note polyphony ensures that playing details are preserved, even during complex passages involving heavy pedal use.
The piano offers 18 tones, along with a range of features designed to enhance the playing experience: sound layering, keyboard splitting, Duo mode, hall reverb, chorus, Surround effects, and brightness adjustment.
88-key Digital Scaling technology allows the response of each note to be individually adjusted according to its register. Acoustic simulation features also reproduce string resonance, damper resonance, mechanical action noise, and pedal noise, creating a more realistic playing feel.
The PX-S1100CB also includes MIDI and audio recording capabilities. The MIDI recorder allows for two-track recording, while the audio recorder can save up to 99 songs to compatible USB storage media. Thanks to the included WU-BT10 wireless adapter, the piano features Bluetooth Audio and MIDI capabilities. This allows you to stream music from a smartphone or tablet through the built-in speakers or use the piano as a wireless MIDI controller compatible with Bluetooth Low Energy.
The integrated audio system features two oval speakers powered by a 2 x 8W amplifier, delivering rich sound suitable for home playing without the need for external amplification.
With a depth of just 232 mm and a weight of 11.2 kg, the Casio PX-S1100CB strikes an excellent balance between authentic piano feel, sound quality, and portability.
