Akg C 114
The AKG C114 is a professional, large-diaphragm, multi-pattern condenser microphone designed to deliver exceptional sound quality and maximum versatility. Inspired by AKG’s iconic heritage, including the legendary C12 and C414, it features a 26 mm dual-diaphragm capsule, mounted around the perimeter and plated with gold, ensuring smooth highs and a perfectly balanced frequency response.
With three selectable polar patterns—cardioid, omnidirectional, and figure-eight—the C114 adapts to any recording situation, from studio work to content creation. Its transformerless FET circuitry ensures clear, precise, and uncolored sound reproduction, even at very high volume levels.
Featuring a wide dynamic range, very low self-noise, and the ability to handle up to 145 dB SPL without perceptible distortion, the C114 captures both powerful sources and the most subtle details. True to AKG’s sustainable commitment, it is made from 100% recycled metals and PIR alloys, with fully recyclable packaging.
