Gibson Les Paul Standard 60s Double Trouble - vintage tobacco burst
The GIBSON Les Paul Standard 60s Double Trouble (LPS6DCW25VONH1) solid body electric guitar returns to the classic design that made it relevant, played and loved -- shaping sound across generations and genres of music. It pays tribute to Gibson's Golden Era of innovation and brings authenticity back to life.
It provides two unique throwbacks to this classic era. Vintage Gloss finish variations illustrate the famous fading of the ever-authentic Gibson nitro finish, and the use of double classic white bobbins that are a throwback to the earliest days of the humbucking pickup, which Gibson developed in the mid-1950s. The two features combine for an elegant vintage vibe with incredible accessibility in price, but not in availability.
The Les Paul Standard 60's has a solid Mahogany body with a figured AA Maple top, a Slim Taper-style Mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays.
The calibrated 60s Burstbucker pickups are loaded with AlNiCo V magnets, audio taper potentiometers and orange drop capacitors.
