Made in Mexico, the FENDER Limited Edition Player Fusion Telecaster HH Floyd Rose, Ebony Fingerboard, Black (0142811306) is a solidbody electric guitar that combines traditional elements with modern features. It takes up the fundamentals of the model with an alder body, bolt-on maple neck and 25.5 scale.
The lutherie, traditional in the best sense of the word, combines an alder body, bolt-on maple neck and Ebony fingerboard (set with 22 frets). A platform that generates a clear, dynamic acoustic base, dense and responsive, with precise, punchy bass, balanced midrange and crystal-clear treble.
The Ebony fingerboard noticeably and musically compresses the sound, a parameter that may prove interesting in certain musical contexts.
Updated with an Ebony fingerboard set with 22 frets (jumbo), a "Thin C" neck profile, a modern 12" radius, a duo of powerful, raging Fender Player II Modified Humbucker double-coil pickups and a Floyd Rose Special double-block vibrato, it demonstrates obvious aptitude for Hard-Rock and Metal registers.
