Developped around a "1955 Precision Bass Base Model", this FENDER Custom Shop 1955 Precision Bass Heavy Relic #R133839 (9237002607) solid body electric bass features a two-piece roasted Ash body and a one-piece quarter-sawn Maple neck with a ’55 “soft-V” profile and Heavy Relic finish for great worn-in comfort and feel.
The 7.25" radius fingerboard has 20 medium-vintage frets.
Other features include a ’55 Precision Bass pickup, vintage wiring and accurate bridge and tuners.
The torrefaction process improves overall tone of the wood (clearer and richer), increases sustain, and optimize stability and intonation.
Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
